My name is Terry Bullman, creator of Bullman's Bootcamp. I have nearly 30 years of experience providing personal training, group fitness, and self-defense to people across every age, health, wellness, and physical ability spectrum. In creating Bullman's Bootcamp, I have combined my lifetime of experiences to provide a product that I could not be more excited about! Bullman's Bootcamp will provide the workouts, nutrition, and accountability it takes to be successful obtaining the health, fitness, and lifestyle EVERYONE deserves!

This 8 week challenge is a lifestyle approach. We don’t just focus on one aspect. We focus on fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and all things that can influence your goals.

Read this before applying to the program...

In addition to attending ALL scheduled workouts, you will need to adhere to the nutrition plan we recommend if you want to get real results.

Each week there will be 3 scheduled workout sessions of varying intensity. We expect you to attend all workouts.

The results you get will be directly correlated to how hard you work. Follow what we say and you will do well. We truly want you to reach your goal!

We do not have time for excuse makers. Please think carefully before applying. We want people who are eager to succeed, even when things get tough.

We do not deal in tricks or fads. This program is not a magic bullet. It is difficult, but it works!    

The program is suitable for beginners, but you must come in with the mindset that you are going to push yourself, but go at your own pace. Not everyone will be starting at the same fitness level. You are only competing against yourself!
